The Revolution Fitness Challenge runs ONCE a month and is 21-30 days long!
This challenge is not just about weight loss - it is about a lifestyle change that will help you achieve long-term results and habits that will stay with you FOREVER! You need to be willing to get a little uncomfortable and outside of your comfort zone, be willing to look at yourself and the areas you need to make changes to SEE changes. I will be with you every step of the way, you just have to be willing to move forward with me.

If you DO have an assigned coach, you have TWO options!
#1 - Reach out to your current coach and see if they run their own challenges, many do and I know they would LOVE to have you!
#2 - If you are not working with your assigned coach and would like to switch, you do have the option to do so, but will need to message me beforehand so that I can best direct you!
**I do not charge anything extra for you to be a part of my challenges… All I require is the following:
1. You must choose a Beachbody at-home fitness program. If you do not already own one that you would like to do… then I can work with you to pick the perfect one for your lifestyle and goals. So if this is you and you are needing to choose a program, please make a note in the form below so we can chat!
2. You must be willing to replace one meal a day with Shakeology for the 30 days and follow my nutrition guide. This is going to ensure you get the results you desire within the 21-30 day period of the challenge. Diet and nutrition play a MAJOR role in success (studies show 70-80% of change comes from diet) and I promise if you commit to this, you WILL see a change.
3. You must be open-minded and excited to share with others in the challenge! I will be posting daily check-ins and challenges for the group. How much you participate is up to you, but from my experience those who are actively engaged in the group tend to see better results long term! (and there's prizes...who doesn't love free stuff?!)
